Cancellation Notice
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Clients will be placed on a walk-in-only basis and may not request a specific esthetician or pre-book appointments.
We understand that life happens, but we maintain a strict late policy out of respect for every client’s scheduled time.
Clients who arrive more than 5 minutes late may forfeit their appointment. In such cases, we will do our best to accommodate you, but this is not guaranteed and will depend on availability. If your appointment cannot be completed due to tardiness, it will be treated as a late cancellation, and a 100% service fee will apply.
Repeat late arrivals may be required to pay a nonrefundable deposit to secure future bookings. The deposit amount is at the discretion of BARENUÉ™ and is non-negotiable.
When a client books a service at BARENUÉ™, they are reserving their esthetician’s time. Time is not tangible and cannot be recovered. The likelihood that a late-rescheduled appointment will be filled within 24 hours is very low.
We provide ample opportunity for clients to communicate their needs in advance, through 48-hour and 24-hour automated confirmations, direct calls, and voicemail. This policy exists to protect our estheticians’ livelihoods, ensure the business remains viable, and hold clients accountable to the commitments they make when they book.
If you reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of your original time (or same day), you will incur a 50% late rebooking fee of the total service value.
Terms & Conditions
We gladly accept walk-in clients based on availability. The first available esthetician will perform services. We cannot guarantee walk-in accommodations, though you may request a preferred provider.
We welcome young clients with proper parental involvement and consent.
To protect your appointment and avoid miscommunication, we kindly ask that all rescheduling or cancellation requests be made via:
📞 Phone call to our main line: (337) 496-5419
If we are unable to answer, please leave a voicemail, and we will return your call promptly.
✘ Not Accepted:
Messages sent via Facebook, Instagram, website chat, app messaging, or email will not be considered valid forms of communication for appointment changes or cancellations.
Failure to cancel or reschedule appropriately through approved channels may result in late cancellation or no-show fees being applied.
All communication with BARENUÉ™ must be conducted through the official business phone line. Directly contacting employees outside of approved channels violates studio policy. Failure to respect this boundary may result in permanent removal from the client list.
Owner Contact & Communication Policy
To maintain a professional, efficient, and respectful experience for all clients, all communication regarding appointments, policies, pricing, packages, concerns, or account questions must be directed through official business channels only.
We kindly ask that clients do not contact the owner directly through personal social media, private messaging platforms, or personal accounts. These channels are not monitored for business-related matters and are not considered appropriate avenues for client communication.
All inquiries must go through one of the following during business hours:
Email: info@barenue.com
Phone: (337) 496-5419
This ensures your message is received, documented, and addressed promptly by the appropriate team member while protecting the privacy, boundaries, and workflow of our staff.
Direct outreach to personal accounts will not receive a response and may result in communication being redirected back through the proper channels.
BARENUÉ™ provides multiple tools to help you manage appointments with ease, including our Online Booking Site and direct phone support. We understand that life gets busy; that’s why we’ve created flexible, client-friendly options to manage your booking.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any client at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:
This is to ensure the safety, comfort, and professionalism of our space for both clients and staff.
Clients are responsible for disclosing all relevant health and skincare information prior to any service.
In the event of severe weather, power outages, or emergencies, BARENUÉ™ may cancel or reschedule appointments without penalty to the client. We will notify affected clients as early as possible. Fees will not apply to appointments canceled by the studio for these reasons.
To protect the health of our clients and staff:
BARENUÉ™ does not offer waxing “touch-ups."
Due to the natural hair growth cycle, it’s normal for a few hairs to appear shortly after waxing. This is not a service error but a result of varying hair stages.
We advise clients:
