WHAT TO EXPECT
The entire point is that you never have to wonder what's happening next. Five steps, start to finish.
You arrive to a private room
No crowded lobby, no awkward check-in. It's just you and your esthetician behind a closed door.
We talk it through first
A quick, no-pressure consult: what you want removed, a look at your skin, and answers to anything on your mind. You decide how much comes off — you're always in control.
You get comfortable
You'll undress from the waist down and we keep you draped — only the small area being worked on is ever exposed. Dignity stays intact, start to finish.
The wax, quick and guided
Gentle hard wax made for sensitive skin, worked in small sections, and we tell you right before every pull so nothing catches you off guard. Most Manzilians take about 30 minutes.
We soothe, then you're out
We calm the skin, walk you through simple aftercare you'll actually remember, and you're done — smooth, and free to rebook for about four weeks out.
Nothing happens until you're comfortable.
Got questions? We'll answer every one before we start.
WHY BARENUÉ
Anyone can rip out a hair. Doing it quickly and comfortably, while leaving your skin better, takes 16 years of skin expertise.
Wax made for sensitive skin
Gentle, hypoallergenic hard wax that grips the hair, not your skin — built for the most sensitive areas, with far less sting.
Waxing is skincare
Trained in skin, not just hair removal — which means fewer ingrowns, less irritation, and skin that looks better the longer you come.
16 years of expertise
A licensed esthetician who's done this thousands of times. You're not anyone's first appointment — and you'll feel the difference.
Private & judgment-free
One room, one pro, a closed door. No audience, no judgment, no big deal.
MANZILIAN OPTIONS
Not sure where to start?
Most first-timers choose the BARENUÉ Treatment — the LED and calming mask knock down redness and get you comfortable fast.
Want more than the Manzilian?
We also do men's chest, back, and brow waxing, just ask during booking.
YOU'RE NOT THE ONLY ONE
Men's waxing is one of the most-booked services in the studio. Whatever you're nervous about, someone sat exactly where you are last week — and walked out glad they did.
EVERY QUESTION YOU'RE NOT ASKING
The stuff you're too polite to ask — answered plainly. Yes, including the one you're thinking about right now.
There's some discomfort — we won't pretend otherwise — but it's quick and far more manageable than most guys expect. Our hard wax is made for sensitive skin, we work in small sections, and we warn you before every pull. It also gets easier each time, as the hair grows back finer.
It can happen, and it's completely normal — it's just a physical response to touch, nothing more. Your esthetician is a trained professional who has genuinely seen it all and won't react or make it weird. It's not something to worry about, and you won't be the first.
Almost nothing. Relax and follow a few simple cues — we'll ask you to shift position or hold the skin now and then, and we tell you exactly what to do at each step. You're never left guessing.
Let the hair grow to about a quarter inch — roughly two weeks without shaving. Exfoliate gently a day or two before, skip lotion the day of, and if you're nervous, an over-the-counter pain reliever about 30 minutes beforehand takes the edge off.
Every four weeks or so keeps you smooth. The good news: it gets easier and less sensitive each visit, because the hair grows back finer and sparser over time.
Completely. One esthetician, one private room, one closed door — and you're draped the whole time, with only the area being worked on exposed. No audience, ever.
The hard part was wondering. Book when you're ready — we'll take care of the rest.
