Which facial is right for me?
You don't need to know — that's our job. Book a custom facial and we'll choose the right approach from your skin analysis. If you're focused on something specific like acne, dark spots, or texture, we'll guide you to the treatment that targets it. There's no wrong way to start.
How often should I come in?
Every four weeks is the sweet spot — it matches your skin's natural cycle, which is where lasting change happens. Even every six to eight weeks makes a real difference. Consistency beats intensity every time.
Is there any downtime?
Custom facials have none — you can head right back into your day glowing. Resurfacing treatments like peels and Microchanneling may leave mild redness or light flaking for a day or two, and we'll always walk you through exactly what to expect before you book.
Can I wear makeup afterward?
After a custom facial, we suggest giving your skin a few bare hours to drink everything in. After a peel or Microchanneling, hold off about 24 hours — we'll send you home knowing exactly what to do.
Is this safe for sensitive or reactive skin?
Yes — and custom is exactly why. We read your skin, adjust every step to it, and always check your current products and routine first so nothing reacts. If something isn't right for you, we simply won't use it.
Do you do facials for men?
Absolutely. Skin is skin — plenty of our facial and skincare clients are men, and you're every bit as welcome. Same expert, same custom approach, zero awkwardness.
Can Procell microchanneling really help with thinning hair?
It can support it. BARENUÉ Follicle Renewal uses the same microchanneling that renews skin to gently stimulate your scalp, driving in a growth-factor serum and Korean hair-restoring ampoules that support fuller, healthier-looking hair. Many clients see visible improvement over a series of three, though individual results vary — and it works best alongside a healthy scalp, which is where HydraScalp comes in.
How many sessions of Procell microchaneling will I need?
For both our face and hair microchanneling, we recommend a series of three to six treatments, about four weeks apart, for the best and most lasting results. We'll build the right plan for you — just ask about our Renewal programs for series pricing.
Is there any downtime or aftercare with Procell microchanneling?
Minimal. Skip exfoliation for seven days afterward. For hair, you can wash it the same day, just not within the first 90 minutes. We'll send you home knowing exactly what to do.
